Because Eleri utilizes artificial intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs) to process conversational text, the following processing rules apply:

• No Foundational Training Use: Your financial chat prompts, calculations, and personal inputs are processed strictly in real-time to generate responses. They are never used, shared, or retained to train, fine-tune, or develop public, foundational, or third-party AI models.
• Data Minimization: Chat interfaces process inputs contextually. Users are actively discouraged from typing highly sensitive personally identifiable identifiers (like bank account numbers, PPS numbers, or explicit passwords) directly into conversational text boxes.

Technical Truth: We implement robust technical, physical, and organizational security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, to protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

Storage Limits: We store your account profile data only as long as your account remains active. User-inputted chat histories and financial inputs are retained on secure servers solely to display your historical personal dashboard.

As a data subject located within the European Union, you hold full statutory rights under the GDPR, which you can exercise at any time:

• Right of Access & Portability: Request a structured, digital copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Request corrections to inaccurate configuration details.
