By accessing, registering, or using the Eleri application dashboard and conversational chat services ("Service"), you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service and must delete your account immediately.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time due to software upgrades or shifting digital compliance standards. Continued use of the Service after modifications are published constitutes absolute acceptance of the revised Terms.
Pure Simulation Software: Eleri is an automated, AI-powered financial overview, calculation, and scenario-modeling software platform. It aggregates data manually inputted by the user to visualize hypothetical financial paths and display basic risk-exposure simulations.
Absolute Prohibition of Financial Advice: The Service does not provide, simulate, or replace regulated financial, investment, lending, or debt advice under Irish or wider European Union frameworks. Eleri holds no financial services license.
User Autonomy: All pathways, metrics, and charts displayed are for analytical and illustrative review only. Any financial decisions, actions, or strategies you execute after viewing the Service are made entirely at your own risk.
Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old to access the Service.
Account Integrity: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at privacy@eleriapp.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your dashboard data.
By interacting with Eleri, you explicitly agree that you will not:
Acceptance of AI Hallucinations: You acknowledge that the Service utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to interpret natural language. AI software is inherently subject to processing variances, calculation discrepancies, and data errors ("hallucinations"). You agree never to rely on Eleri's text outputs for real-world mathematical accuracy.
As-Is Software Provision: The Service is provided strictly on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Zero Financial Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable European consumer law, Eleri, its founders, and affiliates shall carry zero legal or financial liability for any direct losses, indirect damages, investment deficits, missed debt payments, or financial penalties resulting from your reliance on the application's data.
Eleri is a software tool, not a human crisis or mental health counseling service. If you are experiencing severe financial distress or a mental health emergency, you must immediately close the application and contact professional human emergency services (such as 999 or 112 across Europe, or the Samaritans at 116 123).
All software code, proprietary risk-simulation formulas, conversational prompt architectures, visual dashboard layouts, logos, and trademarks displayed within the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Eleri. No rights are transferred to the user.
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the country where Eleri is formally registered or incorporated. Any legal disputes or claims directly arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts corresponding to that official territory of incorporation.
Closing or deleting your user account stops your platform access. If you wish to have your sensitive financial inputs and chat transcripts completely scrubbed from our active production database, you must explicitly exercise your Right to Erasure by contacting privacy@eleriapp.com in line with our Privacy Policy.
